Working principle of Mapro EL-S-60N:
The operating principle of membrane blowers is based on electromagnetic oscillation.
The electromagnets, activated by the electric current, oscillate a shaft which is the support of the magnet.
An elastic membrane is attached to the ends of the shaft which, due to the effect of the oscillation, causes the volume of a chamber to vary, of which the membrane forms a wall.
In the chamber, air can enter through a one-way suction valve during the expansion phase and can leave the chamber through a second one-way valve that opens during the compression phase
Compressed air use is connected to the outlet of this second valve.
