The principle of operation of membrane blowers is based on electromagnetic oscillation.
The electromagnets, activated by the electric current, make a shaft oscillate which is the support of the magnet
On the extremities of the shaft is fixed an elastic membrane that, due to the effect of the oscillation, varies the volume of a chamber of which the membrane constitutes a wall
In the chamber, air can enter through a one-way suction valve during the expansion phase and can leave the chamber through a second one-way valve that opens during the compression phase
Compressed air use is connected to the outlet of this second valve.
