Blower features Mapro JDK-S-120: (Replaces older model EL-S) Power: 95 W Voltage: 230 V Free Mouth Flow Rate: 190 LT/MIN Maximum Pressure: 500 mBAR
Mapro JDK-S-120 Membrane Blower 95W 230V replaces the old EL-S model
Blower advantages Mapro Electrical energy is not dissipated by mechanical friction, but used directly for the compression action of the membranes.
Since there is no friction between the moving parts, there is no need for lubrication, and therefore the air conveyed is not polluted at all.
In addition to this, the major advantages of using diaphragm blowers are:
- Areas of application
- aeration of wastewater in small treatment plants;
- oxygenation of aquariums;
- aeration of baths in the chemical industry;
- bubble massage;
- tank pressurization in the bottling industry;
- generation of air bubbles in decorative water columns.
- Maximum simplicity of installation;
- long operating life (over 20,000 hours of continuous service);
- very low noise level;
- simple maintenance;
- compact and lightweight construction;
- low vibrations;
- flow with negligible pulsations.
Operating principle of the blower Mapro with membrane
The operating principle of membrane blowers is based on electromagnetic oscillation.
The electromagnets, activated by the electric current, make a shaft oscillate which is the support of the magnet
On the extremities of the shaft an elastic membrane is fixed, which, due to the effect of the oscillation, makes the volume of a chamber vary, of which the membrane constitutes a wall
In the chamber, air can enter through a one-way suction valve during the expansion phase and can leave the chamber through a second one-way valve that opens during the compression phase
Compressed air use is connected to the outlet of this second valve.
