With a unique diffuser and flow control device, the NGL 4/110 electric pump features compact construction, fast self-priming and low noise operation.
With its new design, the Calpeda NGL 4/110 is more durable in the event of temporary abnormal operating conditions.
The NGL 4/110 electric pump is smaller than a conventional pump of the same type.
This makes it possible to install in tighter spaces and easier to replace an existing pump. Rapid air evacuation reduces the risk of an air pocket forming around the mechanical seal. Safer against the danger of mechanical seal failure due to lack of lubrication and cooling.
The Calpeda NGL 4/110 pump is capable of lifting water from a depth of 9 m in less than 3.5 minutes. This opens up new possibilities for use with higher suction heights and safer operation in installations with normal suction heights for shallow wells, even with a long section of suction pipe above the water level.
The new diffuser and flow control device guides the fluid from the impeller into the central part of the pump body, reducing speed and turbulence, effectively using the surrounding liquid to dampen flow noise
